Your loved ones will be able to join me on a half day's wild food adventure, discovering the range of edible plants, nuts and fungi that grow around us. We'll learn how foraging benefits health, both through nutrition and improving mental health. Through the forager's philosophy we will look at how using wild food can help us look after the wider environment as well as the local ecosystem. This can be redeemed against any of my 2020 half day's foraging courses and entitles the recipient to a family ticket - two adults and up to three children.
